How to prepare:

Bring to room temperature when ready to use. Seperate and place in single layer between a damp tea towel or damp paper towels

Spoon 1-2 teaspoons filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. (Cover remaining wrappers with a damp tea towel or paper towel until ready to use.)

Moisten wrapper edges with egg or vegan liquid egg. keeping outside of wrapper dry.

Fold in half to create a half circle, pressing edges together to seal tightly.

Deep fry, steam, or pan fry, according to specific recipe and enjoy!
